first of all sorry to post in english but i am very confused

i have two receivers first one it is similar to 8000 plus the other with 9000 the name is Dsn-8100 conax (only reader no CI) and other one Dsn-7400 ( 2 CI and VFD display)

i try many of softwares for first one (8100) and update with success but i have video and no audio only a sound of hissssssss i try software from xcam or xcam plus but other software tell me different version other same problem with sound.

buyer code is 1802 and last software from company (Dsn) is from 4/1/2006

into menu/version of receiver writes with green color

to enable emu just press 1973 to remote

please have anyone a software to patch the reciever ?
