TRK Ukraine opens 3 new channels

TRK Ukraine announced plans of opening 3 new channels during last quarter of this year. According to general director of TRK, channel named Footbal Plus kicks off in October, TRK News channel starts in November and film channel (kinokanal) will be ready before the end of 2010.

Polaris Media enters Serbian DTH clash

Serbia's third DTH platform Polaris Media is expected to start in near future. Polaris Media is owned by Bulgarian Bulsatcom which broadcasts on HellasSat 2(39 E) satellite. Polaris Media will use channels in Bulsatcom brand in addition with Serbian local channels such as RTS 1, RTS 2, RTV Zajecar,and Kosava TV. Polaris Media will also bring Arena Sport channels in its offer.
