1. Moved CONAX-Provider from Codingsystem "Others" to
separate Codingsystem "Conax"

2. Editing of CONFIG.XML is possible now (incl. WIFI-data !)
(XML-file is located on CAM in subfolder "CONFIG" )

3. Direct Control Word (DCW)
a) Internal channel list updated
b) User can now overwrite internal channel names
c) New function: "Add DCWs for package ..."
- VIACCESS-Popup-Menu: 6 packages
- IRDETO2-Popup-Menu: 2 packages
d) Displaying list of DCWs included in ****.BIN and
exporting this list to SOFTCAM file
e) ***-value and SID-value are seperated by a colon ":"
now in "Diablo SOFTCAM.***"
