About user-tp.dat file.
This file is used to define missing frequencies which does not exists in default-tp.dat file. Dreamset users can add their own frequencies in Satellite properties dialog (go to 'Edit settings' page choose a satellite and press the 'properties' button ). In Satellite properties dialog there is an option 'Ovewrite default', that means to completely ignore the default-tp.dat frequencies for ALL satellites and use ONLY those in user-tp.dat file.
